Kyle's Thought's

I try to write something everyday, mainly I write things based around health and fitness, but I can be random at times. I feel like writing even though I'm not an expert at it (just ask my high school Language Arts teachers) is a way for me to use some of the knowledge I've learned from my time learning from NCI and from other places into an creative outlet. I hope you enjoy my ramblings, because I very much enjoy the rambling.
